"If you like eating an awful meal and being charged a fortune for the pleasure of it then here is the place! Food is disgusting. Among 6 of us, food was overly salty so you order and pay for more drinks, the macaroni cheese tasted like it came out of a tin, salad was coated in balsamic that it was inedible and the chicken wings were flavourless. Puddings were from costco and frozen in the middle. Paid online for my daughter to have a robot sing happy birthday to her, it never came and she watched everyone else have it sung to them. Bought all this up with the server and the manager refused to see us and let the poor college kid deal with the complaint. All they took off for the meal was the birthday cake that id already paid for online! No apology at all! On top of this the seperate booking fee to get in is extortionate. Not worth it all all. AVOID"

This is a place for kids really, food and service were excellent, i was disappointed with the robots, and having to pay an extra £5.50 is a bit of a liberty Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40

We really enjoyed our visit to Robotazia. Our waitress Jade was brilliant and made us feel very welcome, taking time to speak to the children and have a laugh with them. Food was alright, pricey for what it is but it was a great experience being served by the robots Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30

Really fun place for kids, they loved the food being served by the robots : service was super friendly and our waitress showed us how the magnetic drink filler works. If you were a fan of robot wars then getting a photo with the original Matilda is a highlight : considering you pay £5 entrance the cost Vs quality of the food was poor. Overall worth the medicore food for the experience Food: 3

The service was absolutely fantastic from the moment we walked in. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The decor of the restaurant is the best I’ve ever seen. The robots provided entertainment for our children throughout our visit. We traveled an hour to get here, and we will definitely make the trip again! Thank you so much; we’ve recommended you to all our friends and family. Kid-friendliness: The kids had a great time with so much to look at and interact with!

1. The table was dirty. 2. The food had little to no flavor—just spicy. 3. The kids' menu was disappointing. My daughter, who usually eats everything, tried the milkshake and refused to have any more. The food was bland overall, and the dessert was just a muffin bought from a shop. 4. The prices were extremely high. I'm willing to pay for quality, but this was not worth it. 5. The staff were friendly and pleasant. 6. I would recommend this place as a general experience, but not for dining in. Overall, service was for dine-in.

A true gem! We've been here twice in the past year to celebrate birthdays. The food is good—not quite gourmet, but you definitely get your money's worth. They have a few vegan options, and I tried the vegetable pizza with vegan cheese on both visits. The staff are incredibly enthusiastic and interacted wonderfully with my very excited stepson each time. Be sure to check the website for extra experiences; we ordered a whole birthday cake delivered by a singing robot, which was a lot of fun! I do think it's a bit cheeky to charge a £5 entrance fee per person, though.

Amazing place. Went for a birthday meal out and it didn't disappoint. The human staff are great and attentive; the robot staff are amazing and very entertaining; the whole place is really well kept and the exhibits are fantastic. I had expected them to rest on their robotic laurels but the food is exceptionally good we had the curried goat and cheeseburger, with cake for dessert. The curried goat was the best we've ever had and the cheeseburger was better than those of high end burger chains with chips that were extremely moreish. The drinks were also to the same standard with well kept beer and milkshakes that are thick as they should be. Definitely good value for money and an all round gre...

This was a very under whelming experience. The robots were good but everything else was a disappointment. The food was overpriced and paying to just sit in there felt a bit of a rip off when the kids were bored after seeing two robots. For being a children's based restaurant some form of children's colouring would be good. The wait time was long for a quiet Thursday. Staff nice but forgot a few things. Also thought was a bit rude as asked if we would like our change.Wouldn't go expecting to much. Staff were nice but everything felt slow. I've read lots of reviews saying food was amazing it wasnt. It's ok but overpriced. Most adults meals are average £20 when you've paid £5 to sit there it is...

"Absolutely average restaurant. Dirty bamboo table mats and super dirty windows, kinda sad to look out of them. Impatient service, who under 6 minutes 5 times came back trying to pressure me to take my order. I was confused as I thought it was a restaurant not a fast food place. Silly me who used to live in Japan though the menu is just like there, with pictures. How wrong I was...So getting my phone to have a look at their website, what kinda different that in the restaurant menu card one. When I tried to ask for reconditions, I didn't get any, she just straight away took the last what I asked. The steamed algae was very nice, but my noodle soup was a big surprise, as I have no idea what's roasted (burned) pepper and massive chunks of onions doing there? It's supposed to be sea food, but instead just some burned vegetables scared with frozen octopus, mussels and mini calamari rings poured up with chicken broth. So yeah, kinda disappointing. Drink wise I asked the waitress do they have any tonic water as it isn't listed on the menu card, she looked at me like I am a weirdo. I asked for Roku gin what is my favourite. On the receipt was counted as an extra pound because Japanese. Lol, no comment. Getting the drinks, from other restaurants you get the spirit on the rocks in the glass and front of you they pouring the mixer drink from the mini bottle. Here not, just straight away together as it comes. Oh and don't bother asking without lemon, because you are getting one either way. So Akasaka restaurant did not become my favourite one. Once and last. Easily can be forgotten. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £20–30 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4"
