a vegan burger on the menu, which was served in a bungalow with limp salad, with chips, wobble rings, coleslaw and a type of BBQ sauce. bags of sauce were provided that contain normal mayonnaise. my man, who is not a vegan, had a beef burger with exactly the same bungalow, koleslaw and BBQ sauce. I wasn't convinced that it was all vegan, so gave him my coleslaw and BBQ sauce. burger was a little dry, but chips and wobbles were ok.

Although we had a very nice meal in an excellent setting, we could not use one of the car park spaces although we had disabled people with us. Then when it came to pay we were not offered the government “Eat out to help out discount” which the Rock House has signed up to. So because of that I would give this a venue a 4* . With correct considerations for the disabled and clearly adhering to a scheme they have signed up to then this place could easily achieve 5*.
