"We had an amazing meal here, what a find! Adventurous and varied menu; the beef buns, black pudding scotch egg and salt and vinegar doughnuts were just delicious to start. The sticky pig and pork prawns peanuts were equally awesome for mains. Staff were lovely and gave friendly and attentive service. Just wish I lived close enough to become a regular."

for dinner it was up to the reviews. the food itself was very tasteful and quite portioned in view of the style. the sauces were a special highlight and were very strong over all our dishes. the menu would have been clearer in a starter/sharing plate and what was a main (I ordered a little more than I wanted).
