Bel hôtel literie confortable et chambre spacieuse. Je reviendrai tester le restaurant. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Quiet, Great value

great hotel. a week on business trip. the staff is super friendly and helpful. the suits are old-fashioned, but very clean and the bed was the most convenient I ever slept. for me it was at a great place. not far from the center. next year will be my best choice.

Toujours agréable de retrouver ce lieu superbe et une équipe au Top. Depuis 3 ans pas un bémol. Parking à disposition, très belles chambres, et toujours le sourire. Reste a tester le restaurant Rococco Merci spécial à Nico et Nihad Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Quiet

Une très belle soirée avec des amis. Un cadre superbe et chaleureux, du plaisir en bouche dans les assiettes (oeuf parfait, carpaccio de Haddock, T Bone de Veau ou Filet mignon). Et une carte des vins/bière à des prix doux. Service attentionné et souriant mais peut être un peu rapide, mais au global une super soirée dans un lieu étonnant. Bravo.

Concerne uniquement le restaurant « Le Rococo » : Impossible de réserver une table pour 12 personnes. Réservation confirmée et annulée 3 fois ! J’ai téléphoné 2 fois et chaque fois le responsable des réservations n’est pas là mais il va me rappeler dans la soirée (spoiler alert : il ne m’a jamais rappelé Bref c’est dommage et nous irons autre part Ver carta

very nice hotel. good location only a few minutes drive to the city center. the only thing I didn't like is that o has not been said yet that there is a deposit that they take out of my account and I had to ask how I was taken on my account the money. after I had asked that they told me that I will repay after our departure, but I'll wait for her money back for over 2 weeks! they have a private parking space and a garden that is also very good. would go back, but not like to wait until the deposit is returned for this long.

Bonne nouvelle, on m'annonce que je suis surclassée ! En fait je prends cela plutôt pour une punition... la chambre est grande avec 2 chambres. Je suis toute seule, un lit me suffit. Quand je découvre la chambre je me trouve sur le palier en face de l'ascenseur. Je m'interroge ? Est-ce vraiment un surclassement ou une punition ? La réponse je l'ai le lendemain sous la douche. Pas d'eau chaude, un maigre filet à peine suffisant pour évacuer le shampoing... c'était bien une punition. Quand j'en parle à l'accueil, ils font au courant, il y a des travaux... merci de m'avoir prévenue. Première et dernière expérience pour moi à Lille.

very nice hotel in a textile factory, renovated with a lot of style and good taste. a classic building with high ceilings and the management made great choices to decorate it with an industrial style. the restaurant looked very nice, in roco style, but they told us it was full and we couldn't go. the rooms are spacious and well equipped. coffee maker, no water cooker for tea. Wi-Fi is excellent, everything worked as it should. free parking within the hotel accommodation is appreciated. this hotel is really nice and we are going back! the area itself is not so beautiful, the personal does not speak two words in each language that is not French, so ready to communicate with body language or re...
