"I’ve genuinely thought long hard about this review as I’m an huge advocate for shopping local Romeo’s was my go to. However I’ve let too much slide of late from Romeo’s I’ve now decided to take my business elsewhere. On quite a few occasions the order has been wrong, items left out etc but I was willing to forgive (silly me). However the end was almost inevitable after a large order that was ridiculously late. The delivery driver did apologise I felt there was no point in shouting at them (not their fault) and I wasn’t in a position to follow up as I’d placed the order on behalf of others (it was my treat for visiting family). Hugely embarrassed as I’d bigged up Romeo’s as being best pizza in town. Final nail was when I ordered a kebab in the comments asked for the chips (hoagies) that had been left out of a number of previous orders. (30/4/24) A condescending female member of staff then rang me to explain that this wouldn’t be possible as she couldn’t order the chips off book! When I tried to explain she was having none of it wanted to know why I hadn’t complained previously? I replied that I wasn’t going to necessarily make a fuss over approx 12 chips. Apparently I should have and she informed me that had I done so my order would’ve been prioritised (aye, right) as she wasn’t able to rectify past mistakes. In a nutshell Romeo’s have lost a very (very)good, previously understanding, customer over a dozen chips, 12 bits of fried potatoes… pretty poor customer care."

not weekly but regular customer ,consistently good, tasty hot food .delivered quickly by well mannered drivers.. i would though like to know what my accumlative purchase points entitles me too. good job

It was my first time eating here and I definitely would recommend I got the chicken box it was absolutely delicious and my friend got a small pizza and chips and they looked amazing and she loved it. Would definitely be back

Ordererd cajun chicken pizza as i have many times, only this time it was a absaloute mess, i opend the box to half the topens even the cheese slid to one side of the pizza. Couldnt even eat it everything slide of it as i tryed to pick a slice up. Waste of money. 0 stars Ver carta

We ordered Chicken Cacciatore so disappointed with the dish, we have had it on previous occasions and have always enjoyed it, so tasteless and bland, I t was like eating greasy butter, the garlic potatoes were the worst I have every had, quality has gone down hill dramatically

I have been using Romeos for a while now and the service is outstanding. Despite living a considerable distance away, the food always arrives warm. Once, I placed an order through their app but forgot to specify the sauce for my steak box. They tried calling me, but I missed the call, so they went ahead and sent the order. When I called them back and explained that I wanted pepper sauce, they promptly dispatched another driver to deliver the sauce to me at no additional cost. Their app is great, allowing you to track your order and it always arrives on time. I would highly recommend Romeos.
