Resturant had no problem refunding and was so helpful. Phoned just eat who refused a refund and offered credit refund which was not accepted and after 6 calls no help. Call the resturant who went out of their way to get me the refund I deserved. They really took time to help me as a customer and was so apologetic and helpful. Thank you to the team at roosters winton but I will avoid just eat as they are awful."

Visited with my daughter we both like roosters , they normally do a great salad with chicken strips , a few olives and bits are included but went today and the salad was very plain , the rice is also very bland , the chicken was excellent though

What a shame. First time we ordered it was fantastic, this time my son and I both got burnt dry butgars and burnt buns. Everyone makes mistakes but don't send them out to customers for£20. Ordered through Delivroo but will stop recommending. Real shame.

I ate in at roosters on 21.01.23 and had a bad experience. The food came very late, so late I had to ask for how long it was going to take. The staff were confused and said they didn’t have an order. To my surprise they accused me of not having paid, I then showed my bank history and the issue was sorted. 40 minutes later I enjoyed the food

Popped in for lunch, food was fresh with good sized portions. The downside was that instead of cuts of beef in the wrap there was a cut up burge. Music was be very loud so you couldn't hear the member of staff very well and was we left we said thank you and goodbye and there was no response, we were the only ones in there so not busy so customer service not fantastic.

Visited this gorgeous place when passing by very reasonably priced, delicious, healthy, hearty meals prepared by friendly staff. We were eating in and it was so nice to have our meals beautifully presented on a plate. We had chicken wraps (with good portion of chicken and salad filling) decent portion of chips (crispy with skin on) and grilled corn on the cob (you get 2). Would definitely recommend and will be going back for more.
