As a Thai, I would recommend Rosa Thai. I can say this is the most authentic Thai food I've ever had in the UK. Especially the prawn crackers, pa tong ko ปาทองโก๋ and mango sticky rice; they remind me of my hometown. The staff and the manager are really nice and helpful. Ver carta

Despite being busy and not having a table booked they fitted us in straight away. Lovely little resturant overlooking the Albert Dock. We had the shared platter for starter and then Green Thai curry egg fried rice and Red Thai curry with sticky rice for the mains. Food was delicious very tasty. Service was great would highly recommend

Called in for an evening meal with my partner. The establishment is a 'no frills ' cafe with comfortable seating and not much else, so little in the way of ambiance. Warmly welcomed and swiftly seated and served our choices of Duck and Chicken mains. Food fine and reasonably priced but uninspiring. All in all a 'no frills ' experience.

We had head some good stuff about Rosa’s but have had quite possibly the worst meal in a restaurant we have ever had. Food was at best mediocre service was slow and poor. Food was not hot. Staff seemed more interested in fussing around with balloons than actually seeing to customers. Waited ages for the bill. The restaurant was virtually empty so there’s no excuse for poor service. As we were staying in Liverpool City centre over the festive period, we wanted to escape from the traditional turkey, etc, so we ventured out to Rosa's Thai restaurant. Wow! The food was great, so tasty and very Thai, with a genuinely authentic taste. This restaurant is located within the Royal Albert Dock, so it has a lovely atmosphere and a relaxed atmosphere inside. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the food was reasonably priced and truly delicious. Highly recommended.

We were very excited when we heard about this Thai restaurant tucked away in a beautiful location by the docks, as there aren 't a lot of South East Asian restaurants about. When we found it we thought it looked wonderfully inviting, and when we walked in we were welcomed by friendly staff to a cosy table in a corner. The tables are nicely spaced considering the size, and although it was busy, we didn 't feel like we were squashed in, and could easily hear eachother, which can be an issue in some places! We did take a bit of time to order as there is a huge variety of dishes on the menu, but eventually settled on a chicken Thai curry and an oyster mushroom Tom Yum noodle soup. The food came...

After a lovely day, we just had the worst meal we've had in Liverpool. Avoid Rosa's Thai on Albert Dock. We went in because the menu looked good and the restaurant was obviously popular. It was packed. We soon found the two kitchen staff, and two waiting staff plus manager were catering for a full restaurant, a private party upstairs, and takeaway orders. This explains the terrible service but not the bad food or appalling attitudes. Steve's beef massaman had a nice sauce but inedibly tough meat and tough potatoes.
