"The cafe is one of many dotted around and just off the main square (Marktstatte). There's limited outside seating and if it looks busy inside then head on upstairs to the first floor where there's a larger seating area (there are toilet facilities on the landing of stairs leading up). Both floors mirror each other with counter/serving area and staff so you don't need to go back down to order if upstairs. It's table service and our waitress looked hassled when we visited (she takes the order and brings it as well as collecting the bill) and was quick to point out she doesn't understand if you speak a "foreign tongue" - fortunately I can speak basic German. I decided on soup but was firmly told that of the four listed only one (tomato) was available which was a bit disappointing. Prices are reasonable but then again this is not Switzerland (which is literally only a few streets away and the reason this part of town is so crowded with Swiss registered cars!)."

and very friendly staff. beautifully located in the city with a cozy terrace. we were there after a civil trust with the family. very recommended.

whether in the morning, in the afternoon or after shopping. it smells great when entering and you are overwhelmed by the choice of the torrent and cake in the vitrins. in the upper floor you sit a little quieter. very friendly service, super quality of the bakers and dine.

the entrance is inconspicuous, but the 1st floor is convinced. a bright, fresh caffe with sun terrace. this locally acts inviting. also the various torts, picks and other baked goods have convinced us. the coffee was also good. the rosgarten caffe was recommended to us by a dame in a nearby shop. I think it was probably not our last visit. Ver carta

the caffe rosengarten is not only dessert and coffee. also for eating this restaurant is recommended. the foods are always very freshly prepared and taste excellent. Moreover, the prices are very moderate. that has naturally been around, so the gas house is always very well-loaded. despite stress, the service staff is very courteous and friendly.

from 1976 to 1979 I studied at the University of Applied Sciences in Konstanz.Since I am at least one year in the Rosgarten Café.Why ?nostalgie, this or that remembrance, tradition and best torts and cakes. Also, whether before the caffe, down, in the upper floor or above in the outside area: I would always lead anyone who visited with me to the Rosgarten Café today.

"good restaurants aren't strange to me, but this one really impressed. great service and even better eating. prices are actually quite decent for a restaurant with 2 stars. eat very well. it is very creatiw, without being excessive, and the taste combinations work well. our whole table enjoyed everything we had. the chef seems to lend himself sometimes from different ess cultures, but it is subtle and just what the court needs. Whenever I see deaf on the menu in a restaurant, I order them and I must say that the deaf at ophelia was the best I ever had. you just have to try it yourself. the prices were very decent when considering the quality of the restaurant. a 4-course menu cost 120 euro. servicesooo good! we had booked a table for 6 people but were 30 minutes too late. no problem! the staff was very friendly and assured us that the table is waiting for us whenever we come. during eating the waiters were always there, but never unpleasant. all our questions were answered both in German and in English and we felt that the waiters were really passionate about the food they served.ATMOSPHEREEOphelia lacks presumption. it is a fantastic restaurant, but they would look in a beautiful summer dress and with flat shoes not miss at the place. they do not have to dress inconveniently to experience the subtle luxury that ophelia has to offer. we also appreciated that it is a place where relatiw well educated children would feel comfortable. we sat outside on the balcony and it was idyllic. not hot, not cold – just perfect. they have a beautiful view of the lake and are surrounded by nature. I would not only recommend this restaurant, but encourage everyone to visit it!"
