"The restaurant is really very nice and the atmosphere is great. It is very openly designed and how to expect it will be kindly received. The staff is not stiff, but very open-minded, which is very good to me. The wine tasting is not necessarily recommended because the wines of Rosin are not bad, but there are also better wines. The food is brilliant and the ideas are very creative. Especially the table chocolate from the duck liver is absolutely recommended. You should definitely take the 5 gear menu because you get the full taste experience. As in many applications, the boss has never been there and one is told he was there and one would have missed him. I find that a pity because you also know from other TV chefs that they are present in their own restaurant. I was actually about the food and not about the cook, so it wasn't a problem for me.
