For example, to my question of what type of wine he wanted to serve me, I got the answer: white. So I could see that it was a white wine but as I only liked sweet white wines, I was waiting to know if this wine was dry, fruity, etc. After that, as I had not taken the first food/wine pairing, my wine glasses were all removed.... I had to ask for another glass for the dessert wine, a Banyuls quite divine!!"

We're used to coming to lunch in this fabulous setting. However, we were a little disappointed for the first time. a little chic, the dishes a little less refined.
