"I dined at this restaurant on Saturday evening with five friends after receiving a recommendation from a family member. Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that the restaurant was empty except for two other diners, and the lighting was very bright and unwelcoming. Despite the initial setback of the staff being unaware of our booking and not having a table prepared for six, they quickly rectified the situation and we were attended to by a very attentive waiter. Our food selections were excellent, but the waiter's recommendations were even better. I would recommend this restaurant, however, the ambiance could be greatly improved by adjusting the lighting and upgrading the tableware. Adding tablecloths and candles would also enhance the dining experience. A more welcoming atmosphere could potentially attract more customers."

My family and I dine out frequently and we are big fans of Indian cuisine. However, the food at this restaurant lacked any flavor and we do not believe it is deserving of a recommendation.

This restaurant offers a wonderful fusion of Indian and Nepalese cuisine. The food is fantastic and the delivery service is quick and convenient. Definitely one of the best restaurants around.

I attended the Royal Gurkha with my wife and another couple on Friday 28th December. The food was as usual of good standard from the starters to the main course as was the service. We will visit again. Ver carta

We had lamb madras which was tender and tasty along with a king prawn jalfrezi which was flavoursome. Sag aloo and aubergine were great accompaniments and friendly and efficient service made a great start to an evening out.

I occasionally get takeout from this restaurant. The Naga curry is really delicious. It's fantastic. The other dishes are also good. Overall, it's always a pleasant dining experience! Definitely recommend trying their curry when they have it available.

Booked a table on Saturday for 8 friends. The service we received was excellent. The Royal Gurkha is a small intimate restaurant that has a lovely atmosphere. As for the food it was of an excellent quality and was enjoyed by all. Will defiantly eat here again as well as taking advantage of the option to takeaway. Ver carta

We found The Royal Gurkha in Bromley to be a great deal and have already suggested it to others. The service was seamless and not overly aggressive. Despite only booking our table through Top Table the night before, they still called to confirm on the day of our reservation. The restaurant was cozy and bustling, with background music that wasn't too distracting - although a bit louder music may have drowned out some nearby conversations. Overall, it was a pleasant evening.

This was our first time in this restaurant and the food is good but the 3 course meal is exceptional you can choose any starter any main and any rice or bread then ice cream which we were not interested. I love the chilli paneer main oh yummy and lamb dumpling is best garlic naan car better then supermarket. King prawn tikka masala was bit sweet which I was not expected. Ambience is okay but clean and tidy restaurant with attentive service. We will come again but to try different dishes in 3 course meal. We enjoyed our evening than you.

"Me and my flatmates went to Naifs to celebrate one of our own's MA degree with a nice meal, and we are so glad that we did. Anne and the team were incredibly personable and friendly, which really stood out to us. As somebody who has worked many years in hospitality, one can tell that there is clearly a very tight-knit team at work here who does what they do out of and with love. We really enjoyed the concluding chat with the kitchen team about the amazingly delicious olive oil they served us with the bread it comes straight from the chef's uncle's olive plantation! The atmosphere was really lovely as well, and a lot of thought clearly went into it: there were lots of candles, soft light, beautiful serving plates. We found the decor very tasteful in general: the restaurant has a cozy, but elevated bistro feel to it which makes it the perfect place for a broad variety of occasions. We had the set menu, which at 27 GBP came at very good value. The menu really demonstrated just how colorful vegan and vegetarian spreads can be: the colors on the table alone were such a delight to behold! Needless to say it also all tasted amazing. We particularly liked the mushrooms in lemony broth, the dhal and the aubergine stew. Every dish had a creative spin on it that made it into something we had never tasted in that way before. The wine that was recommended to us was very nice as well. We finished our meal with a selection of British cheeses, which was very well put together. Naifs focuses on seasonal and regional ingedrients, which is another factor that really convinced us, and which is something that more restaurants should focus on. Whether you're a veggie or not: if you want to dine at an all around truly special place, you need to try Naifs. Keep up the awesome work, guys we will be back very, very soon."

"my friend and I went to capitulate for dinner to celebrate his birthday, as was capitula, we thought the only decent restaurant in blackheath. all the others seem to be pushing down quickly. we have been in the past often in the capitulas, and the food and services were good we had no appetizers and ordered only one main meal (black foam and black bell), because we were not huge hungry because we were eating a lot of birthday cakes earlier! we had a glass of wine and were offered a piece of bread. 35 minutes later we waited for our food. in this time no one came to ask if we were in order or offer us more drinks. I asked the manager if our food was ready. he said it would be 5 minutes without a statement of delay then disappeared 10 minutes later there was no sign of food or manager. That is why we decided to go because we lost interest in eating. we have to go and the manager came by. he told us the delay was due to a big party in the ground floor. this was not the case, there was a group of 8 people who had finished their meal for a long time. we were there earlier when it was much more business and the service was not so bad. while we waited, we saw a customer who had finished their meal, slipped £20 into the manager hand when he left. Perhaps the workers need bribe to provide good services? it is such a scandal, but another blackheath restaurant has become complicit and believes that it with the treatment of its customers without respect. I will vote for one with my feet and will not eat again in this restaurant. I will also leave everyone I don't know to go there"
