We had very tasty cocktail here one night and drank a great herbal tea during the day on another occasion. Very friendly staff and good athmosphere.

Nice terrace, great food for a traveller's budget. Great variety on the menu, the burger here tasted fresh and the waiting time is limited. Nice service, too.

This is a small but fin cafe house! Very friendly service. The espresso is perfect! What else do you want! You may sit outside and watch the special Kreuzberg folks! Ver carta

The service was a kind of friendly, not too attentive. The cakes were tasty, the coffee strong. The water with the coffee was to pay and not offered as it is usually in good cafés.

They have a buffet branch. The place is quite and nice. Both external and internal sitts. The food is very very nice. I think everyone will find his favorite there . Service was fast and efficient

Our coffee-time break was pretty good. We had traditional speculaas cake, a mocha latte and a hot chocolate. The heavily creamed drinks and dish left us defeated. Thumbs up to value for money. However, something should be said of their unorthodox choice in music... Ver carta

Went here for a quick coffee and ended up ordering a brownie too! It was delicious. The offer for cakes is different every day so they do not have them in the menu, but the cakes are luring you next to the bar from the...moment you step in there. They also have some appealing things for breakfast like omelettes (from what I peeked in on someone else's plate) and great brunch offer in the weekend!

We stumbled upon Rubens as a consequence of my not feeling like the usual Italian , Turkish, Indian or Greek restaurants that seem to occupy most of the restaurant market place in this area of Kreuzberg. Good menu selection and prices , portion sizes larger...that my desired size and delicious. For cake lovers this place looks great , whilst we didn't partake of them this time ,my husband is waiting to return toffee the temptation . It has a nice ambience , you can set outdoors or inside where the decor is comfortable and reasonably quiet due to the different seating areas. It has the feeling to me of a mile bar from my youth , but way more stylish. recommend Rubens , and we will be returnin...

We visited Rubens to take a break from our morning walk on my birthday and were happy with our decision. My girlfriend opted for a hot chocolate and English Frühstück (you can take the girl out of Oldham but you can’t take the Oldham out...of the girl) and I went for the Berlin Frühstück and a Latte Macchiato. Her only criticism was that the scrambled eggs weren’t to her taste so she helped polish off half of mine. Mine was a tasty mixture of salami, cheese, fruit, salad and bread. Not to mention a boiled egg which no doubt my girlfriend now regrets me eating .
