Finally she took us to our table, the head waiter pulled her at this point to not carry with a tablet our drinks once sat our first waitress was nice and fast sorted our order, but must pass her shift halfway through and handed over to someone else who came by during the lunch and asked if he could start, plates which I immediately told him not to do as we eat. after the order desert, our table was not cleared before they were new plates and cutlery during the meal, the staff all stood along the passes and watched us eat only waiting for something to do. this place has a lot of potential and I hope that I will return if the staff can be better up to scratch"

I went to rüya because I love Turkish cuisine, but that was fabulous. the place, the design, the atmosphere, the eating, the personal everything was absolutely wonderful. I tried so much to eat and I was so nice. I can't wait to go back

Everything was served hot, fast and beautifully, the waiter was really nice, he even recommended a few dishes, which really needs the attention! It's my best London restaurant, was 4 times and still stays the same! Thanks! Also the season dessert was incredible!

This restaurant is absolutely beautiful. The service was outstanding, and the food and drinks were delightful. I would highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit. I discovered another hidden gem in Mayfair, London: Rüya London. This Turkish restaurant offers a remarkable ambiance and outstanding cocktails. We enjoyed a night filled with Turkish flavors and decided to order several starters to sample a variety of dishes. Everything was absolutely delicious! My favorite was the slow-cooked beef ribs. We also tried some Turkish wine, which was fantastic. The vibes, location, and service were all exceptional.

Definetly one of the most posh Turkish food iv had. Food was lovely, you could tell quality ingredients and there's passion in the cooking. Restaurant decor is amazing although was sat next to a loud Arab family who had a loud mouth and couldn't stop talking for a min. They gave the waitress a hard time to 101 requests. That aside I had a lovely waitress and the ambient lighting and soft music was pretty romantic. Limited parking just outside the restaurant and it's free after 6:30pm. Food definetly pricey what would you expect it's Mayfair and a Lahmacun is £18. No complimentary bread or salad like usual Turkish outlets but I think that's a good point otherwise I would of struggled to finis...
