Staff are really friendly and can't do enough for you. Food is excellent, especially the lamb dishes which are so tender and delicious

With nowhere round here doing tikka kebabs on naan Saffron came through and saved the day! Even made a bespoke chilli sauce which was top notch and hit the spot I've missed since moving here.

Good food, recently got a lot better. New menu, new staff. Great vegetable dishes, the dall is great. Good for dine in or takeaway. Take your own alcohol too, which is awesome The only thing missing is some desi desserts! Ver carta

By a country mile the best take away curry I've ever had...and I've had many haha! Fresh flavours, huge chunks of chicken, rich sauce, no oil, propper chapattis and great service! Can't wait to take the manager on his offer and go to eat in. Thanks lads!

The food was really good, fast service, authentically made. The waiter was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately there was a problem with the air con when we got there so it was a bit cold but the problem was resolved and we were warm quite quickly. Would definitely eat here again.

I have been dining at this neighborhood saffron for years, and I have never been let down by the food, service, or ambiance. The staff is friendly and easy to interact with. I can't get enough of their keema madras dish - it always leaves me wanting more! It's not common to see a twelve-year-old order a keema vindaloo, so they were amazed by my spice tolerance. Growing up in Batley, I have always known a good curry and I prefer mine spicy. However, since moving to Church Fenton, I have struggled to find an Indian restaurant that can deliver a hot and delicious curry to my liking. They always seemed to be either too sweet or too bland and spicy. That was until I discovered Saffron in Sherburn. The food at Saffron is exceptional. Every dish arrives hot, flavorful, and perfectly tailored to our preferences. I always request my dish to be "naga strength hot" and each time, it exceeds my expectations. If my budget and waistline allowed it, I would dine at Saffron every night! The chefs at Saffron are truly outstanding. I hope they never leave the area.... Ver carta
