jalfrezi was beautiful as usual, nan bread, rice and staff really nice and helpful, the only criticism is the wine list is could be better

Food was 75 minutes late, it was lukewarm and even have me wrong naan bread. No apology for late arrival very disappointing will definitely not use them again

Whatever you are doing now is not right. You used to be the best, but now the quality has severely declined. The madras was watery and the king prawns were cut in half. It's a shame to see that you have lost your touch.

I ordered two Indian meals for delivery from this restaurant at a cost of £35.95. Unfortunately, when we started eating, we found that the meals had no flavor at all. They were so bland that we couldn't even identify the tastes. When I called to provide feedback, the person who answered the phone was dismissive and refused to accept our feedback. Good luck with your business, but that was the worst takeaway I have ever experienced.

Have used this restaurant for years and have always been satisfied. Had a takeaway recently, something has changed, don't know if they have a different chef but some of our regular dishes were different. My partner's dansak tasted different, the spinach and potato dish was totally different, large chunks of potatoes in it and my onion salad had cucumber in which isn't the normal hardly any tomatoes but loads of onion. The restaurant was full when picking up the takeaway but there didn't seem like any social distancing was being adhered to on observation. Ver carta

I went to this restaurant on a Thursday night with a friend without a reservation. It wasn't crowded at all, which was a shame because it's a lovely place. The staff were all very friendly. We decided to try their 4-course meal for £12.95. Our drinks arrived promptly, as did our food. I really enjoy Indian food and this meal did not disappoint. My friend couldn't finish all of her meal, but they kindly offered to pack it up for her to take home without us even asking. I will definitely consider going back. The food was delicious and the service was friendly and attentive.

Booked a meal here for a Saturday night. The service was excellent and we did not have to wait long to order our meals and drinks all night. The poppadoms and sauces were so tasty and our request to have more mango chutney than others was kindly accepted. The curries were delicious lots of chicken and along with the rice went together brilliantly well. We were shared two curry dishes along with one rice and a garlic naan bread and my wife couldn't finish it and I must admit I was struggling but I couldn't waste any of this delicious food. Top marks to a top restaurant. We will be back!

Unfortunately this restaurant is unable to cope under pressure. We arrived at 6.30 but the volume of takeaway orders meant that we were low on their priorities so an hour and a half later not having received our main course we decided to have them box it up so that we could save it for later as we had another appointment to go to. Their ability to manage customer expectations is sadly lacking. The manager refused to come out to address our concerns as we along with others left before our meal was completed.
