Slow service tonight….only two staff. They forgot one ordered dish too

we love to go there when we visit the harold pinter. many vegan options. I had the vegan thali and everything tasted really good.

Food very good but there was a discrepancy with the 50% off food deal which had not come through on the reservation. They did honour it in the end when it was pointed out.

Very poor taste at best. The raïta was not good at all. Not sure it was even fresh. Small portions. Coconut vegetables were a disgrace. Watery sauce. Not friendly staff. Worst vegetarian restaurant we've ever been to.

Firstly price in the fork menu is totally different than the restaurant menu. Service is good as they charge 12.5% service charge of total bill. The quality of food is not so good. I do not recommend to this restaurant to any one. Waste of money Ver carta

We were a group of four. The ambience and seating was comfortable and the food was overall very good, though one of the pooris which we ordered was deflated and very oily. The service was alright, though the waiter serving was not very friendly and failed to warn about a hot plate as he handed it over. This wasn't a problem, but if the plate had been hotter and had there been food on it an accident could have happened.

Both my daughter and I both enjoyed our meal, my daughter is a vegan and I chose the restaurant as it has lots of vegan choice. The greeting and service was efficient and friendly. It has a feel of a typical gujarati restaurant which I like. The Anna puri, samosa and dosa were all lovely and the portion size fine. Ok, the restaurant is a little tired, think more cafe than fine dining. Overall good and both I and my daughter will be back.

I had been here many years before and was delighted it was still open. However although we said we had booked the table on first arriving, it didn’t appear to register. Our coats were not taken and hung up because quite simply there isn’t this service . Instead seeing I was struggling on the tiny two seater table to place my coat anywhere we were ushered to a two seater right at the back by the serving hatches and I was told I could put my coat on top of the utensils behind. Only when we ordered quite a substantial meal and drinks did another waiter seat us at a larger table opposite where our meal could ‘fit’ and my coat could be placed next to me .
