A fantastic meal, the service was great. Never eaten John Dorey before but it was really tasty probably the best fish I have ever tasted. During our stay at a nearby hotel, we discovered this restaurant through Google reviews. It turned out to be a hidden gem! The atmosphere is quite unpretentious, but the fillet steak we had was truly the best we've tasted in a long time. Overall, it was an exceptional experience. Thank you! Hands down the best place to eat in Menai Bridge Ynys Mon north Wales. The food delivers every time. We have never ever not loved the food we've eaten and everytime we go back there's something new. Jenny Bethany make us feel so welcome whenever we visit, they're so lovely and the atmosphere in the restaurant is perfect. Forget Dylan's, get yourself to Sage! Meal type: Dinner

A group of ten of us had a fantastic three-course meal prepared by Bethany, Kyran, and their team to celebrate my 60th birthday. We tried nearly all the dishes from the diverse menu, and everything was delicious, cooked to perfection, and beautifully presented. The service was outstanding the entire time. I have no idea how I found this little Gem but I'm so glad I did. I went here for my anniversary with my wife. The food and staff were amazing. It was nice listening to how they started during covid and its testament to how good their service and food is that they are still here today. Therecwasxa nice choice of food available. I know the cost of everything has gone up, but I was happy with my bill after. Not too expensive and certainly not cheap. We will come back again. Thank you for all your hard work. Ver carta
