The security guard at the entrance needs to find a new career. Working at Sainsbury's doesn't suit the brand. Rude and demeaning behavior won't attract repeat customers. Ver carta

The staff appeared to be very well organized, but there was an annoying couple who kept taking photos and touching the oven trays while wearing their masks improperly under their noses. They were slowly strolling back and forth, which added to the frustration!

I shopped in Sainsbury's in Weymouth this morning just after 0800 and was overwhelmed. I was greeted with a bouquet of flowers that had been left over from Mother's Day no matter my good fortune, despite all the problems shopping brings at the moment it was a pleasant experience many thanks.

Thank you so much all the staff at Sainsbury's Weymouth for making my weekly shopping trip so great. My daughter has to go to Sainsbury's Chiswick in London, she only goes every 2 weeks because she says its chaos, no queuing outside and she says it's like a rugby scrum when you get inside. As a vulnerable person I can only shop when I feel happy secure. When I go to Sainsbury’s Weymouth, the staff are fantastic they chat make me feel secure. I only go at night as less people about. Last night fabulous service from Sandra on the tills. Luke on self service checkout chatted he knows I am collecting all staff names as at end of lockdown I am telling the world of the 2 stores that have saved my life for being there for me. Then I went to your petrol station got served by the fabulous Cody who as normal asked how I was what sort of week I had had. Your staff are fabulous make me happy as you will never know how scared I am of living a normal life. Thank you for being there ??

I visited the Sainsbury's cafe in Weymouth for breakfast today, but I discovered that the kitchen was closed. They were only serving drinks and snacks. The man at the counter informed me that the kitchen would be closed for a considerable time. As I was leaving the store, I also noticed that the cake counter was shut down. Additionally, Aldi has just opened a new store next door, and many people were getting off the free Sainsbury's bus to shop there. Sainsbury's is already losing a significant number of customers to Morrisons in Weymouth, largely because, until the end of June, they had only a couple of staff members at the tills and were allowing only a few customers inside at a time for p...

I went to return a product that had been recalled due to salmonella issues, as indicated on a consumer website. When I visited the store on Thursday, the staff claimed they knew nothing about the recall. They made a phone call to someone else, but still had no information. Eventually, a person (possibly the store manager, though he never introduced himself) came down to speak with me. I showed him the recall notice on my phone, but he just looked at me with confusion and shock, simply responding with “yeah?” I felt belittled and like I was being treated as a liar in front of other customers.
