The food is mega tasty, a bit more expensive, but in any case the most varied selection of Veggie sushi in Mannheim. Unfortunately the food took forever.

Das Restaurant hat ein nettes asiatisches Ambiente. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Wir waren zu dritt und jeder hat eine Vorspeise und Hauptspeisen bestellt. Alles war top ausgezeichnet. Manches Essen mit Fusion Show. Sehr schön angerichtet. Das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man vietnamesisches japanisches Essen mag. Auch die Mai Tai Cocktails sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Lots of vegan options. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, the serving of the plates is breathtaking (with dry ice! We tried the spring rolls with tofu, avocado maki, paprika maki, fake-duck tempura and a curry with tofu. Everything was simply delicious, specially the curry! We will definately come back! Ich kann die guten Bewertungen leider nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Die Soße zu den Sommerrollen war langweilig, da gibt es viel bessere. Die Hähnchenspieße wurden ganz vergessen. Als sie dann endlich kamen, waren sie absolut trocken mit einem Hauch von Soße. Sushi waren gut. Tisch war nicht richtig sauber. Im hinteren Teil des Raumes steigt immer wieder der Toilettenparfumduft nach oben. Also viele kleine Punkte, die mir nicht gefallen haben. Insgesamt zu wenig Qualität mit zu viel Trockeneis.

Viatnamesisch tatsächlich sicht und schmeckbarer Unterschied zur ähnlichen Tom Ka Ghai aus Thailand , den Unterschied fand ich sehr reizvoll und interessant. Ente wird in asiatischen Restaurants oft mit frittiertem Teigmantel serviert, der fehlte hier und machte damit das leckere Gericht bekömmlicher. Die Küche gefiel mir. Der Service ist flott und nett, das Lokal hat etwas von Bahnhofshalle , jedenfalls am Eingang, ist aber geschmackvoll dekoriert. Das Preisniveau ist akzeptabel und das Lokal durchaus eine Empfehlung wert.

The food was delicious and beautifully presented, BUT. I got the dessert (coconut mochi) that was labeled as vegan, but turned out that it warnsI even asked the waiter before ordering when it was vegan, they said yes... when the cream tasted like milk and I asked her if the cream was vegan she asked what do you think? Then I had to explain and they said it was milk, but it's just the cream that wasn't vegan and whether that was a problem?! They apologised and were friendly, but that gave me a pretty restless feeling and you wondered if the rest you had was really vegan when they seem to have such a flexible interpretation of this word.
