I haven't received my food yet, but I just spoke with a woman on the phone who went above and beyond. Her helpfulness was outstanding, and the customer service was fantastic!

The best Thai food in Sheffield! Very authentic with fantastic vegan options. Everything is made fresh. It's ideal to dine in and enjoy their café-style setting. I'm a regular here, and everything on the menu is excellent. Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5.

Should be 0/5! Restaurant currently only offers kerbside pick up or delivery. On 2 separate occasions I have endeavoured to place an order. Ringing constantly for 15-20 minutes, but line is always busy. Either this restaurant is so popular the entire neighbourhood is ordering food, or they have taken the phone off the hook.

Been let down by the rude and arrogant driver of the company car which is a mini Cooper with the Samui stickers all over it. Constantly tailgating when there was absolutely no need for it through the Dunmow high street to then overtake dangerously and pull infront of the restaurant whilst showing the typical shaking hand gesture. I believe the driver was a middle-aged Caucasian man with quite a substantial amount of teeth missing with absolutely no respect for the Highway code. They might do good food but good customer service doesn't end when customers leave the shop its also about how courteous the company car is driven and showing respect to other road users.
