"My partner and I visited on a Sunday evening to celebrate our anniversary. We were very happy to see a set menu and a wide range of different dishes as opposed to just pasta and pizza. The restaurant was decorated very nice, and the food was gorgeous, it arrived quickly and fresh, definitely keeping us full. We had the chicken liver pâté and Mac and cheese balls for starters, which were all clearly home made and delicious. We then had the seafood pasta and the chicken and chorizo risotto which were both very filling, rather difficult with the seafood as the muscles came in shells and prawns with tails. We then had sticky toffee pudding with pistachio ice cream and tiramisu, both gorgeous. The staff were rather lacklustre, and largely morose, and the place was so loud for the noise of young children running riot, throwing stones, and disrupting many guests. I appreciate child friendly restaurants but I don’t expect to have to wince at young children screaming and throwing decorative pebbles everywhere while the staff just step over them, especially when we spent upwards of £30 each. We have been a few times, but never eaten inside until today, the staff were just as lovely and friendly as before, such a nice atmosphere. The food is absolutely gorgeous. We will definitely be back. Thanks for doing it so well!

This was our first visit to celebrate our daughter's birthday, but it definitely won't be our last. Our group of seven each ordered something different, and there wasn't a single mistake with any of the food. The atmosphere and decor were beautiful, making for a truly enjoyable evening.

We had an excellent experience at San Marino today. We secured a lovely table at the bar with stunning views. The food was hearty with generous portions, served hot and absolutely delicious! The children's meals were equally impressive (three very happy kids!), and the desserts were delightful! The staff was friendly and attentive. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back!
