"This is a popular spot and is always busy. The coffee and herbal tea are good. I just wish that there were more toilets (for the size of the building there are not enough toilets). Another point, there is a great suntrap out the back, I just wish that the staff would dry off the chairs and clean the tables. The outside space is fantastic but is not utilised to its full potential. During the current pandemic it is an ideal place to sit in peace and enjoy the ambience. I appreciate that our weather is unpredictable but it should not be left to the customers to dry off the furniture."

I loved it and will definitely come back on my next visit. The only complaint I have is that it was very busy, so next time I will make sure to get up earlier.

Dropped in for a light lunch. Very busy which usually is a good sign. Great selection of sandwich fillings and sticky sweet things. Tables could have been cleaned a little quicker but was a pretty peak time.

Worst service I have ever experienced at a coffee shop. The staff is incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. They make mistakes constantly and seem bothered by any request for help. A very disappointing experience overall.

its a big spot with a bit of a queue, but its mostly the usual fare offered by fresh sandwich places all over the country, that said the staff were lovely and we sat out in the rear courtyard on a sunny afternoon which was lovely Ver carta

A very popular self service eatery with some wonderfully eccentric furnishings and decor. There is a big choice of fillings for baguettes. Mine was chicken and brie which was excellent. Being greedy I also had the chicken cream fan which was served warm and was utterly gorgeous. Great coffee and good value.

Just dropped in for a coffee and a sausage roll with my wife on a morning out. Decor and ambience of place lovely, no table service and que for service was slow. Coffees very nice and well presented, but sausage roll was served without garnish, just placed on a plate on its own. It was very dry with very little meat, mostly pastry that was left on the plate.

Was on work placement and nipped in here on my own for soup and a toasted sandwich, I enjoyed it, was tasty. Building is quite dark but I liked it, plenty of space and goes right up the back with plenty room to social distance. This is in the diamond Derry and close to all shopping areas so nice wee stop off mid way through a girlie day shopping or just for a girlie lunch would recommend as a lite bite Ver carta

We got 2 baguettes and a caramel square to go at the weekend and it cost £12.70. The bun was £1.70 so that means the baguettes were £5.50 each. I would have been in sandwich co frequently enough before lockdown and I don’t not remember prices being this ridiculous. I asked for mayonnaise on my baguettes and got butter. Was home before I realised. I don’t think I’ll be back with prices like this- sorry.

When I requested to speak to a manager or another staff member, I was informed that there was no manager and all staff would agree with the policy on ham. This lack of service and accommodation for children was unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this cafe. I would advise families with children to avoid this establishment and try other nearby cafes that are more accommodating. It seems petty to argue over a slice of ham, but it's the principle that one customer could be accommodated while another could not.
