Cenato ieri sera, tutto semplicemente eccellente, dalla qualità delle pietanze alla loro presentazione, compresa la gestione dei tempi e la straordinaria lista dei vini. Personale molto professionale ed educato, ambientazione elegante e suggestiva. Una certezza in quest’epoca di triste precarietà. Cinque stelle solo perché non se ne possono dare sei. Ver carta

Torniamo con una certa frequenza in questo ristorante, e il giudizio rimane sempre eccellente. il proprietario tristan e il personale sono gentili, e molto disponibile. il proprietario tristan da ottimi consigli sui vini per abbinare i piatti scelti, che sono tutti belli cucinati, ben presentati e eccellenti. l'ultima volta abbiamo un risotto con asparagi zucchine e favolosi gamberi.

cenare in quattro. un due di noi ha posto chiaramente sporco. può accadere.. commento della cameriera. anche no. Potrebbero inventarsi per lo scivolo ma non hanno falsificato niente... buon cibo ma in linea con altri ristoranti provati. rapporto qualità prezzo non consono e porzioni decisamente troppo povere. costo vino non ricevuto alla presentazione e non ha ricevuto carta di vino. servizio per migliorare .delusa ..

I think this is a very good typical restaurant. The location is really beautiful. It 's an old house renovate in a very nice way. We found a good typical menu with a lot of wine choice. We were 4 people and we tried the tartar di fassona, carpaccio, maialino da latte, coppa, spaghettoni cacio e pepe, salsicce and branzino . Nothing to say. Everything was perfect. Even the zabaione con vin santo was really good! The staff was very friendly and the price was about on average. Ver carta

Da anni frequentiamo questo ristorante ed è per noi una certezza, un posto sicuro. Abbiamo festeggiato anche diverse volte il Natale e siamo sempre stati bene. Ultima cena per festeggiare il compleanno in famiglia.Il menù varia in base alle stagioni, e ci sono sempre dei piatti fuori menù. Qualità delle materie prime, ottima carta dei vini ma fatevi consigliare da Tristan che in base a quello che scegliete di mangiare saprà indicarvi il vino giusto. Per noi è sempre un piacere trascorrere una serata al S.Maria

Found this place because our first choice wasn't open. We came rather late but they were kind enough to seat us. Overall really impressed with the quality of the food. The service was top notch too. The waiter did his best to translate the all Italian menu for us. My daughter (9 years old) loved the ravioli with squid. Their homemade bread with fois gras was delicious as well. I ordered the lasagna and although it tasted more like Mac n cheese, I really enjoyed it. Their flavors are exquisite and dishes are pretty authentic. Really glad we had an opportunity to dine here.
