"What a lovely surprise. We went for a little sightseeing in Matera and before we went I did a little research. We wanted high quality food prepared lovingly with a twist. We wanted to eat outdoors with a view and somewhere that was dog friendly. This restaurant hit every mark and then some. My husband who is a professional chef and a hard person to impress was beyond happy. We had an exquisite meal and sampled dishes from appetizers to prime, second and desert, all were fabulous. The staff was attentive and trained well. What a treat! LUCKY US. We will be back."
