This Schnitzel was wonderful and had a great conversation with the waitress who spoke excellent English - best meal in Germany so far!

A very authentic place with very friendly staff , of course perfect schnitzels and on of the best pasta "tagliatelle " with salmon I ever had !

Like almost everyone else we loved this place. The service was fast and friendly. There was a large choice of schnitzels and the portions were huge. Very cheap as well. A definite must if you are visiting Worms.

Friendly and helpful service especially with wines- excellent recommendation so try the Grauer Burgunder. Great food and huge portions but they will reduce size for kids. Busy restaurant in nice quite location. Excellent first meal in Germany.

Our family of 4 ate here for lunch. Three people ordered different types of schnitzel, and one ordered flammkuchen. All the dishes were top notch. The service was also excellent. They offered us English menus as soon as they heard us trying to order drinks in German. The server was very friendly and helpful. If we make our way back to Worms, this would be our first stop. Huw says it was very nice. He had a good time and enjoyed the wine. The meat was well-cooked and presented. A Senior portion is one piece of schnitzel, I had the 'normal' size (huge) with the ham and eggs topping in herb sauce (last on the list of schnitzels), fabulous, lovely staff. (How he guessed we were not German-speakers I will never know). Menu translation is a challenge with my 1984 phrase book

Make sure you are hungry when you visit. There are 2 portion sizes and a small was enough for me. I believe the larger portion has 2 Schnitzels. There are 2 pages of Schnitzel dinners to choose from. There are also other items on the menu but we wanted Schnitzel. You get a house salad to start with and then you're Schnitzel. Prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get. So glad we stopped by! Very yummy!

I have to confess that I am a true lover of Schnitzel and this place did not disappoint - the food and service were terrific. Celebrating my birthday in what turned out to be the dining room of my stepfather back in 1938 was simply incredible. If you visit, and I recommend you do, please celebrate the 'stolperstein' (Brass Memorial Stone) for Hugo Julius Joseph and his first wife, Emma which resides outside the entrance of #31. I appreciate I am biased but this restaurant was a great find with great food, special sentiments for me and a great deal on a Monday evening. It gets busy so I suggest you book. Enjoy! Ver carta
