"we have been coming into the burgschänke for years, especially because of the excellent ochsen meat (wood wool and filet) and are always very satisfied. the service is always friendly and attentive, and the restaurant management welcomes idr all personally - as far as it often allows the full dining room. the atmosphere invites them to stay, here they want to sneak with a gloomy light and came in close proximity. the tower room is particularly sweet with its small niche, but also the main guest room, a walled vaulted cellar, has a lot of charm. from the appetizer (including a tasty wobble soup) over the hot-awaited main course of the ochsenkotelett with self-made potato roast and a huge fresh salad (of course everything they just desire and order) into the desert of homemade ice or parfait and our favorite maril baroque is just all always top! there is always a small piece of chocolate cake (where else you know only packed cookies). the quality of the quantity is in nothing! we are very happy to come here, even if we drive well 80 km for it. also brought friends were always enthusiastic and we look forward to the next time! I can only say they have a really stressful evening. I can hardly imagine, however, that they really wait for 1 hour to be eaten, and there is not the talk with the chefin looking, but waiting for the bill. each yet so good restaurant often has a few lazy service eggs, but therefore the complete concept, eat and evaluate the restaurant management negatiw I cannot understand. Moreover, their assessment is not very useful for others, as they do not mention a word about quality or plv., should a real restaurant criticism look different."

"Unfortunately, we cannot understand the positive reviews below. First friendly service, We sat outdoors, but the dogs bothered the whole evening (6 in the number Our order came timely, but the Pepperoni were covered with a bright sauce (Beachamel?, did not arrive well. The ordered Tzasziki unfortunately did not taste itself. Salad and Suvlaki came after that. Very big portions!! It was carving, but well seasoned. In the middle of dinner, I had to find a 20 cm long blonde/grey hair in the salad. That's how the food was done for me. At the beginning there were 2 Ouzo, which I could use well."

"embedded in an old village on the top of a hill, the hotel restaurant looks like a typical Germanic style house. finding it is very easy thanks to the signs. the problem is that it is better to avoid there with sports car. or large caravans, as the access road is narrow and paved in style. the parking spaces are limited so that they only drive to dinner there, it is recommended to park outside the village and take a walk to reach the locals; above all how to enjoy the atmosphere of the place. the place is not very large, but it appears immediately inviting. there are two dining rooms. an antique style with fireplace and time facility; the other modern and plentiful, but always pleasant. as far as the hotel part is concerned, I must say that I expected more! my room was definitiw small and the equipment was not exactly level. a refrigerator was missing for example. the bathroom can be checked in any case... very simple and economical. among other things, the hahn was very small and difficult to use for washing. I have to make a note of the amount of ascigamani. clean, but a little too dry. maybe dated. cleaning is not the best .. more attention would be required. Maybe other rooms are more spacious and equipped, but I couldn't check. about the breakfast. everything is normal, although I expected local products and maybe handmade. regarding the restaurant, I must say that I am completely satisfied.... good products and well cooked in the right portions. good wine selection and good beer. perfect service and friendliness. the restaurant is worth a visit. satisfied!"

"We stumbled across the Weinstube Weinreich on a bicycle outing. It would be easy to walk past it, but my spouse has a great eye for hidden treasures. Very charming courtyard, excellent service, great wine, but the highlight was the food. I started with an asparagus and orange salad, my spouse with chanterelle mushroom soup. The salad was stellar, but for my spouse the soup was as good as the memory of a magical soup from 30+ years ago. She's had many since, but until now none quite equalled that memory. We both opted for lasagna. It was more of a free form thing with white asparagus and cherry tomatoes in a lovely creamy sauce that was dusted with parmesan cheese and run under the broiler. Simple, fresh ingredients put together artistically. I've already recommended to friends. What a lucky find!"

"Das Rundum Sorglos Paket in der wundervollsten Location der Pfalz Wir haben die Alte Kellerei und das zugehörige Team schon vor langer Zeit lieben gelernt, daher war es für uns glasklar, dass wir unsere Hochzeit hier feiern. Dieses Jahr im Mai war es dann endlich soweit und wir hatten ein grandioses Festival! Höchst professionell wurden wir vor und an dem Abend begleitet, es wurde auf all unsere Wünsche eingegangen und wir hatten schlussendlich einen noch viel schöneren Tag (und natürlich Abend), als wir es uns jemals hätten erträumen können. Die liebevoll aufgebaute freie Trauung im Garten mit der wohl wundervollsten Aussicht in der ganzen Gegend wird uns für immer erfreuen. Das entspannte Buffet im Innenhof war genau so, wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Unsere Gäste konnten das ganze Gelände nutzen um sich in Ruhe kennenzulernen, tolle Fotos zu knipsen, oder eine Runde zu spielen. Der krönende Abschluss war natürlich die große Party abends im historischen Gewölbekeller. Vielen Dank an alle Helfer für eine unglaubliche Zeit wir werden diese zauberhafte Hochzeit niemals vergessen!"
