Schwarze Heidi - Carta

Sehr gemütliches Schweizer Lokal, sehr gutes Käsefondue, nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal! Gerne wieder.

We went to Berlin Saturday, had dinner in schwarze restaurant. It was really nice for, surprise that it was really swiss food, friendly people, kind owner with many jokes.

eating is really delicious, we had to wait first at the bar until then a place was free. at the bar we drank the wild heidi. a drink that really makes wild. we had a lot of fun, especially because the staff was so easy. Ver carta

Yes. The food is lovely. So is the atmosphere. It was a lovely evening. But I was shocked by the very expensive bill and the fact that we got overcharged for the wine by 12 euros (which the waiter returned without an apology).

Великолепная кухня! Мы попробовали несколько разных блюд, всё было очень вкусно.Непринужденная обстановка, хорошее обслуживание, очень приятные официанты. Но, учитывая не самые дешёвые цены, хотелось бы более уютную обстановку.

I found this place very friendly and a welcome respite from the throngs just one block over. When the sun is blasting the cafes on Oranienstrasse, this place has outdoor seats facing north-east and that makes a huge difference. Just watch out for the grates in the sidewalk that your chair can fall into. Would be good if they put wider feet on the chairs outside, but then it would take away the challenge after you've had a few beers. Ver carta

A bit of Swiss fare in Berlin. Apart from rösti and geschnetzeltes, they have of course cheese fondue. Which was our reason for going there. The food was OK, but not exceptional. The Kirsch came separately, so you could add to your liking. No (offer of) garlic. Enough bread and a nice side salad. Simple decor, not much atmosphere. Rather morose waitress, who dutifully fulfilled her tasks, but did not seem interested in the clientele.

visiting this restaurant was one of the worst experiences we had my friends and i so far. we have made a reservation for 5 persons and we were there on time, we were only 3 when we arrived though. The waitress was more than just impolite, aggressive and disrespectful. She said that they/the system made a mistake in setting up the tables and therefore she couldn 't give us a table despite the fact that we reserved so obviously it wasn 't our fault. we asked her to give us a table for 3 as we had a long way to go there and she started yelling i quote what should i do? Sit you on someone s lap? then said u know what? just take any table i will just kick out the next people who come in and she i...

The fondue was great, but the service was absolutely horrendous. We ordered a side of bacon, and then asked to return it as we didn’t like the way it was cooked (we had a tiny piece only to try, the rest of the portion was completely untouched). When we got the bill, they had still charged for the bacon even though it was returned to the kitchen because it wasn’t cooked properly; when I asked the waitress why it was on the bill, she said in an EXTREMELY rude way that if we had ordered it, we had to pay for it. In every restaurant in the world, if you return something because it wasn’t cooked properly, they will remove it free of charge. When I said this, she was once again EXTREMELY rude and... Ver carta
