"The last time we ate here the name, the management and the menu were rather different, being redolent then of Baden-Wurtemberg. Things have changed.It would be easy to miss this establishment - being on a busy road with no easy parking - and that would be a pity.The waitress (whom we understand is part of the new management) and the Chef (the other part) try very hard to make this a good dining experience. When we were there it was by no means crowded but the service seemed disjointed. Though the Pasta and the Fish dishes were quite enjoyable (who comes to this part of Germany to eat Pizza?); the drink with a natural emphasis on Italian was rather less so.The Menu has many, many dishes, a treat for lovers of Italian food. However with ninety or so dishes, there is more apparent width than depth. For those who need to be aware of such things the Restaurant lists the 14 icons used to identify "hauptalergene" ingredients and a further 7 numbers indicating additives and preservatives. We dined early evening Friday 16 October"

"We visited this Restaurant whilst staying in the area - and mainly due to the Trip Advisor reports and rating. However I have to say that it was a rather disappointing meal. The poppadoms were I think pre bought and very similar to Sharwoods. The chutneys and raita might have been home produced but were an additional charge. The main courses were average to say the least and the sag murgh was extremely salty. For an Indian the prices were upper end. On the up side the owner was extremely helpful and attentive and seemed genuinely interested . I'm not sure this compensates for the bland dining experience."

"Als Touristen habe wir neben einigen enttäuschenden Versuchen vor Ort dieses nette Gasthaus einfach mal probiert und waren schlichtweg begeistert . Hier fühlt man sich als Gast wirklich willkommen . Leider haben wir in einigen Gasthäusern die berühmte schwäbische Gastfreundschaft vermisst hier gar nicht! Es wird gelächelt und freundlich bedient . Man ist aufmerksam und man hat wirklich den Eindruck das hier der Beruf wirklich noch Berufung ist Das Essen (Schnitzel mit Bratkartoffeln) war sehr gut für den großen Hunger portioniert , der Salat frisch und knackig das Ambiente war zur Osterzeit passend dekoriert. Und der Preis ? Der Knaller ! Wenn es sechs Sterne geben würde , würde ich die auch vergeben Herzlichen Dank für das tolle Erlebnis"

"Mit einer grossen Gruppe besuchten wir das Lokal und mussten leider die Schwachstelle kennenlernen. 50 Personen auf einen Schlag zu bedienen lässt den Familienbetrieb an die Grenzen kommen. Ohne sich jedoch dadurch aus der Ruhe bringen zu lassen wurden die Bestellungen abgearbeitet. Was da aus der Küche kam war durchweg gut an zu sehen. Von unterschiedlicher Fleischqualität wurde jedoch berichtet. Dem einen zu zäh, für den anderen Perfekt waren die unterschiedlichen Zwiebelrostbraten. Fleisch sind in unterschiedlichen Größen zu bekommen je nach Appetit. Ein Gigantensteak mit 1kg Fleisch hatte keiner bestellt. Interresant waren auch spanische Gerichte und die Möglichkeit spanisches Bier zu bestellen. Das Lokal ist gemütlich und ein Besuch wert."

"they can eat well civic, it tastes and they are served friendly. rework februar 13, which were my beginnings in golocal, now a little more detailed. high waiting, near pforzheim is a few hundred meters higher than the city and is a beautiful little place. If in summer the heat presses, we like to drive up here and eat in the tight. this is a typical rural guesthouse, simple and petty-bourgeois. before the place there are some tables to sit, which we like to use on the warm summer evenings. the price-performance ratio is neat and the proportions are sufficiently large. Salad, toaste, roast, carving, only good Swabian food is offered and served here. update oktober 2017 it was nice to sit on a golden october day in the small beer garden from the angel in the sun. we ordered the angel toast twice at the friendly wet, consisting of two disc dehydrated baguette, two pieces filet, mushrooms and five types of salad inserts. shortly after our order, a engelstod was also ordered on the side table and an salate plate. I thought it would fit so that they could make three together in the kitchen. after a reasonable time, the nässe two of the art brought them on the side table. hoppla, I thought he was probably gone, but that would be the same. because the couple immediately fell, I felt really greedy. well, wait, see what he served us, and brought us a dead and salat plate. I guess he had the tables confused. a moanish went wrong from the side. I found that annoying, I would have kept the salat, but then insisted on the second toast, which was then made equal so that we could still eat together.
