Don’t eat hear. Staff rude. Floor dirty. Chips re fried and rubbish. Didn’t dare try the fish But sausage cold and old. I had to through it away. For your own health Don’t eat hear.

Walked in, ordered, walked out in 3 minutes flat with a very large cod and chips. The food was great, especially the chips, and service was outstanding. Well worth the extra distance we travelled.

I returned to this restaurant and had the fish and chips last night, and it was fantastic. The white fish was delicious with a lovely batter that wasn't greasy like some other places. The chips were also delicious, and the staff was friendly and provided quick service. Overall, it was a very enjoyable meal and I believe it is the best in Hemel Hempstead. It is definitely worth a visit and I am looking forward to coming back again soon.

We live just round the corner from this chip shop. I don’t buy them often as it’s not the best thing to eat. When I do have them they which is about 6-8 times a year they are always really good. The chips are crispy and never greasy and they always give you loads. The fish is always really tasty with crispy batter. The shop is always really clean and I see them cleaning it really well every night at the end of the evening when I walk my dog. So I know it’s very hygienic. The guys serving are very friendly and it’s always a nice place to get your food.

My teen daughter had not eaten any lunch so was very hungry when I picked her up at tea time from her part time job so suggested having fish and chips for dinner. We don't eat fish and chips very often but have always been disappointed by the inedible offerings at other shops in the town so drove further to go here after having good food here on other occasions. We weren't disappointed. I'm a big eater, and usually get the large cod, but as I knew the portions were large, I decided to go for the regular size this time. Thank goodness I did!
