misosuppe without miso, sushi unlovedly twisted, chicken ice cold, all double orders stuffed in a box. no woabi, an hour too late. unfortunately the fourth defective delivery in series.

Awesome sushi, unfortunately you have to wait 2+ hours for delivery! (And I ordered several times already, everytime it's the same, even when pre-ordering). I understand that they have a lot going on but this is unbearable.
