"We live in Milan and went to Lago Maggiore for the long weekend. The outdoor dining space is very nice and the food was good (though the lobster catalana was definitely overpriced for size). However the staff and customer service left MUCH to be desired. With the exception of one younger waiter, all others were entirely too pretentious, especially for the quality of the restaurant. I would not dine here again as I feel the service was not what is expected for the price."

Sono andato al ristorante sereno con un collega. il servizio era veloce, personale molto cordiale e cibo. Fantastico! la posizione è ben accessibile, la zona è piena di parcheggio. consigliato!

la cena era di buon livello senza dubbio, prezzi medi elevati ma c'è. Dovremmo ridere su un piccolo canmeriere professionista nelle risposte, e sul proprietario che vi dà il benvenuto con un po' di aria inquietante. Nessuno ha controllato il green pass, e non e' accettabile. Ver carta

Once again a great evening at Serenella. One of our favorit restaurants in the area. Lovely elegant food and excellent service. Time to nurse every single customer and with the right amount of small-talk. The host is very pleasant and has his eye on everything. The food is Italy at its best, need not say more......

Had such a wonderful time here! We were last minute celebrating a birthday and the food experience and service couldn’t have been better! Lovely bottles of champagne and even turned on Stevie Wonders Happy birthday with dessert ! Loved this place for a celebration, intimate dinner or just a good time! Food was beautifully presented, unique and showcased the region
