Food was really tasty and well priced for what it was. Definitely recommend as somewhere to go for Indian, I would go again if we went back to Amsterdam.

This was not only the best Indian food but really the best meal we have had in a long time. The flavors in everything were delicious, my husband loved the soup. It was also very reasonably priced.

This place is amazing! It served the best Indian food I ever had. The service was also impeccable. My friend's son was not good, so they made him a special bowl of chicken soup. Your kindness continued during our visit and I cannot expect to return to Amsterdam on my next trip.

Pasamos la noche anterior oliendo los maravillosos olores que emanaban del restaurante. Vinimos la noche siguiente y tuvimos una comida fantástica. El pollo tikka masala fue excelente, la parrillada mixta fue un gran ganador y el cordero vindaloo estuvo a la altura de su calificación picante. we had dinner in shah jahan in October 2022 during the visit amsterdam, and it was the best food we had on our entire trip (even after 10 days in london and dublin! . the meals were a great worth and a nice opportunity to get a sample of different dresses. we ordered two different sets (which were enough to feed at least 3 people – our favorites were the Gauner (spindle with disc cheese and the huhn tikka masala, but everything was really fabulous. mango letis were also delicious – not too sweet and good yogurt flavor. if we lived in amsterdam, that would be a place for us. service was friendly and attentive. we have made a reservation for 8 o'clock on a Tuesday night and were glad that we d...
