Ottima cucina vegetariana e vegana. Pizza molto buona con farine selezionate di canapa, integrale e farine antiche. Servizio cordiale e efficiente.

Buono il cibo. Onesti i prezzi. Medie le porzioni. Migliorabile il servizio. Vivessi a Catania, ci tornerei periodicamente. Anche per le portate veg.

Ho fatto una fantastica cenetta romantica. La location è graziosa e ben curata. Complimenti allo chef.. i piatti sono davvero buonissimi. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto e lo consiglio a tutti. Ritornerò sicuramente.

I’m in the military and have been to many restaurants around the world. Shardana Bristol treated me like family and thought me about the Sicilian culture. I loved the hospitality and would recommend them to all my family.

The vegan option was like I would go to the nearest Lidl and buy soy burger. The pizza carborana was not special, not so good but not so bad, my bf said. The best of the best was the area. I was like in the Italian movie. As a tourist I would recommend to visit this place only for the place. Ver carta

Ottimo posto per cibi particolari, cucina curata. Gran parte dei piatti vegani e ricchi di gusto. Interessanti le scelte del cuoco per alcuni dei piatti originali, personale al pari livello della qualità del cibo, che dimostra chiaro interesse per la qualità e l originalità del cibo e informato sulle tipologie di questo. Ottima cena, consigliato.

We enjoyed our beautiful meal with candle light and then we were given complimentary lemon cello this was followed by an also complimentary amereto desert. We ordered another delicious Sicilian red and were ceremonded by a man playing the piano accordi. Then it just became the best place that we have eaten/visited in our whole three weeks in Italy. We Come from Australia and have traveled extensively around the world. This comment comes with all sincerity and experience of world travel!

During our visit to Catania we ate here on 4 occasions. I am vegetarian and generally find I have a very limited choice of food. At Shardana there were more than enough choices. I could have eaten here for a week without repeating myself. My favourite dish was scrambled tofu with mixed vegetables and oven potatoes. There was also a tempeh dish, a seitan dish, veggie burger, veggie lasagne and more. If you are a proper vegetarian beware as one dish has parmesan cheese (parmigiana) which is not suitable for vegetarians. The staff were very friendly and could offer suggestions if required, particularly about the delicious desserts cherry cheesecake, lemon sorbet. On the Saturday night there was... Ver carta
