Sheba Brick Lane - Carta

Great atmosphere! Great food! Great staff! It was my first time eating Indian food and the atmosphere in this restaurant was just great.

Service was great good ambience but mixed grill very disappointing chewy meat and bland. Naan was tiny. Have had better food in Tooting wouldn’t go back again.

The restaurant did not honor the 30% discount that was advertised for booking a table online. The service was average, but when a drink was spilled, none of the staff offered assistance or provided extra cloths. Ver carta

Staff are so lovely, we did BYOB they came over straight away with glasses for us and bottle opener. We brought a birthday cake they provided knife plates and napkins. So friendly, it was my 3rd visit and I will be back

Almost every restaurant on Brick Lane claims to be the best. I haven’t eaten in all of them, so can’t possibly judge all their claims. There may be other restaurants there as good as Sheba, or better, but I’ve not found them yet, so I will keep on returning there.

Food was just ok. Service was ok. But the rest was pretty disappointing. Booked the table over a week ago for a large party. Confirmed it twice. Arrived and table was not ready. They were still obviously sorting themselves our for the lunch service. Dirty laundry lying all over the staircase where one is supposed to go to for the toilets. Disappointing Ver carta

Food totally mediocre, we have been before about a year ago, completely different food experience (food was fantastic) which is why we decided to take up the discounted food offer and go again for my husband’s birthday. When the bill came I asked if we had received the discount, of course we hadn’t! Bill revised and reduced by over £15 we bought our own wine. Would definitely never return.

This was my first time dining on Brick Lane and I must say, the atmosphere was amazing with lots of activity on the street. The restaurant itself was bustling with people coming and going. Despite the busyness, the service was friendly and efficient. The menu had a great selection of dishes and the food was all delicious and full of flavor. If you book online, you can bring your own drink and there's also an off-licence nearby. The portions were generous and overall, it was a great experience that I would recommend, unless you're looking for a quiet, romantic dinner for two.

This restaurant has great reviews so we gave it a shot tonight. I feel like the potential might be there but our experience was rough. As soon as we sat down we were assaulted by staff constantly asking us for our order or if we wanted drinks or staters. This would normally be a good thing and good service but it was seriously every 20-30 seconds. They have an expansive menu which looked great but with them bombarding us with questions every few seconds I couldn’t really get my head wrapped around it.
