"Fantastic Christmas party dinner. All food was delicious and hot and beautifully served with all the trimmings. As a party of 15 we had pre ordered our meals however, one person was feeling a little unwell and asked to change their starter which was done with no issue. They also packed their desert to go. The service was friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for a great evening."

The atmosphere is charming, and the bar area is dog-friendly. The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

food was decent, however staff not great. Bartender lady with short hair was quite rude and acted like she couldn’t be bothered.

Went for lunch with friends. Good food for a fair price. Plenty to fill big eaters up. Friendly helpful staff. Would happily go back.

We went for Sunday lunch on 13th August. We had the 2 course menu and it was lovely. Whitebait starter with roasts all round for main. Great portion sizes and nice hot fresh food. Nice beers on tap too. Would recommend.

We had another fantastic meal with excellent service at the Ship Inn. The prices were great and the atmosphere was perfect. We always leave feeling very satisfied with the overall experience. This is a great place to dine.

The food at Lee's restaurant is consistently fantastic, and the customer service from Inga and the team is excellent. The battered fish was outstanding, as were all the other dishes, which were served in generous portions. This place is a hidden gem.

We were visiting the area and saw the great reviews for the Ship Inn. It did not disappoint the food was delicious, plentiful and unbelievable value. I had intended trying one of their lovely looking desserts but I was far to full after the beautiful Sunday lunch. I would highly recommend

Yet again, perfect. Whenever we visit The Ship, it’s always good, tasty food and good, friendly staff. Yes, two visits this week so you can see how popular the food is. Sunday lunch was great, the vegetables were cooked to perfection, proper gravy, what more could you want! See you again soon.
