"Shrimpy is everywhere now. I first discovered them at spitalfields and have been meaning to try them. They were participating in the munch club at Camden so I decided to check them out. It was really hard choosing which one to dine as there were so many options but Shrimpy was on the list. Tried two burgers, one with fried shrimps and the other grilled. The fried one was stunning, big pieces of shrimps but then the coating was quite thick so you get that lovely crunch. The grilled one was not so good, the prawns were overdone, dehydrated, black, chewy and bitter. The buns were a bit too burnt for my liking. What makes these buns and Shrimpy unique is that they use Samphire and the salad in the bun was refreshing with thin slices of cucumber and fennel. Overall, it was good apart from the grilled shrimps so I would advise getting the fried shrimps."

Amazing food, amazing staff. Will definitely go there again soon. The burger was really tasty and the chips were delicious.

Honestly it’s so delicious. Perfectly grilled giant shrimp perfectly offset with samphire, a spicy sauce and avocado. I was in heaven

Got battered shrimps from here on Southbank and to be honest they wasn’t the best tasting. I mean they were okay but not something I’d get again really Ver carta

£5 for 5 shrimp bites some sauce and to be honest wasn’t the best but the burger did look nice which I regret not getting. However the service was fine very quick.

Just tried the fried shrimps, they were lovely! Would like to try some of the other menu items next time we are at Spitalfields. They came with a dip and some really tasty samphire. Would defo recommend!

Bang average, just fried or grilled prawns with chips. Taste-wise okay, price-wise very expensive (much like most of the stalls in Spitafields). Food stalls need to think of something better than filling up a meal with cheap ass potato chips. We don't pay £8 for something we can make for a quid... Ver carta

We came to the Southbank food market and despite a lot of choice I was drawn to here and their shrimp box. Five minutes after ordering it was piping hot and ready to be eaten and looked great. Fortunately it tasted just as good and for around £8 is well priced for London. I definitely recommend it if in the area

Got a Shrimp box from their newly opened spitalfields market. The fries and shrimp were just drenched in oil. Shrimp didn't even look well cooked...the batter was not golden brown but just pale. No seasoning just soggy fries. I was famished and was looking forward to eating this but thoroughly disappointed. I dont recommend the shrimp box at this place.
