"The staff at this restaurant are extremely unfriendly. My order was late due to the driver being arrested for fighting his cousin. When my food was finally delivered, it was cold and the chicken was tough. They only offered a £5 discount for the lateness and shrugged off the poor quality of the food with remarks like, "cold food happens." This level of service is unacceptable, especially considering I was the third customer to experience cold food that night. When I tried to address the issue, I was spoken to rudely and hung up on. The owner refused to take responsibility and told me to go elsewhere. I have reported this to Doncaster council and the FSA, as the restaurant already has a low hygiene rating of 2. I strongly advise against ordering from this establishment."

The beautiful Italian restaurant is family-owned and operated. It had a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere with delicious food and plenty of wine. The friendly staff seated us right away even though we didn't have a reservation. Overall, it was a great evening.

My order arrived 20 minutes late and when we opened it, we found strange cardboard objects in the box. The chips were hard and when we called to complain, we were put on hold for half an hour. This ruined what was supposed to be a good night. It was an awful experience and we will not be returning to this restaurant again.
