The food was good but we found faults that could still be improved, in the cachopo they had not cleaned the ham before slicing it and it had the blue ink that they use to mark the hams, so when cutting the cachopo we found blue areas... and in They had not removed the stem area of the tomato salad either, they had chopped everything up.
