Silver Dragon Take Away

Ordered food at 18.15 and no sign of food at 19.30 phoned up and replied was waiting for driver. And no food at 20.20 phoned back up .. absolutely no help from staff on date or year of food ... Will never use this diabolical understaffed food premises who offered me food that was cook over a hour and half ago and still thought it was fit for human consumption

Food was rather good, can’t really complain... However, we ordered through just JustEat and it stated that it would be here for 8.30pm, even though we ordered it at 7pm. At approximately 8.35pm, my girlfriend received a text saying it would be delayed. In the end, she rang the Chinese, they did apologise and say they were busier than normal.. it arrived at 9.15 in the end...

Poor, not like it use to be like Use to have an order from here on a monthly basic. But not had one for a while, thought we would give it a bash. Ordered Singapore chow main, with other meals mine was very watery no spice to it at all. A good amount of prawns but the amount of chicken was lacking. It tasted very fishy with no kick to it at all. The prawn crackers where not fresh. Ver carta

ordered a collection, when I got home realised we were missing a meal, called them, and he joked saying we still have your beef curry, great !!! they weren't to bothered and said they could get it to me in 30 mins probably knowing we would say no as everything else would be cold.... the food we did have was average at best... certainly wouldn't recommend them and won't be going there again

This is hands down the best takeaway in Hereford. I have been a loyal customer for years and have never been disappointed. Having lived all over the UK, I can confidently say that no other Chinese takeaway comes close to this place. If you are looking for delicious, generous portions of Chinese takeaway, look no further. The staff are also friendly and very skilled at their craft. Keep up the great work!

We collected a take away from here after reading some reviews being a little sceptical about what we would receive. It was more the location distance to where we were so we thought we would try it. We were not at all disappointed in fact it was one of the tastiest Chinese meals we have had in a while king prawn chow mien, beef in oyster sauce a portion of chips. Both meals were fresh very tasty the chips were hot, crisp delicious. We will definitely be back. Thank you. Ver carta

I ordered takeout from this restaurant and it arrived earlier than expected. However, the quality of the food was disappointing. The rice seemed like it was prepackaged and overly salty. The chicken curry was thick and unappetizing, with tasteless slices of chicken drowned in salt. Even the dry ribs, which could have been decent, were also overly salty. If you are looking for authentic Chinese flavors, I would recommend trying a different restaurant as this one only offers a lazy, bland curry with excessive salt. I will not be ordering from Silver Dragon again.

I am disappointed to say that my experience at this restaurant was terrible. The BBQ ribs were dry, the meat and noodles in the Singapore chow mein were overcooked, the mushroom chop suey was awful, the breaded mushrooms were overcooked, the vegetarian special was terrible, and the veg chow mein was the same. None of the dishes were labeled, so I had no idea which ones contained meat. I was advised to call ahead in the future for them to be labeled, as I eat meat but my partner does not. After spending £36.50, all I had was some mushroom chop suey that I did not enjoy. As a typically good reviewer, this is my first negative review.

Absolutely appalling food and service this evening. Ordered £40 worth of food and the quality and portions were very poor and extremely salty. One meal had been bulked out with chips (which weren’t even ordered) and were wet, cold and soggy. When I phoned to complain and asked for a new meal to be sent out , they refused based on the fact it’s a Friday night and because we ordered through just eat, even use the same driver. They even went as far as saying that I’m their online menu the meal comes with chips and when we looked it clearly doesn’t. For this reason and how disappointed we are with the money we had spend they won’t be receiving our custom again. Ver carta
