Poor experience . Food average and overpriced . Would not recommend. Had the £30 menu which we were told we couldn’t have on arrival even though we rang and asked that question prior to turning up a hour later . Felt ripped off and rushed

Food was nice for me had Dopiaza hubby had a chef special which was awful. He has never been to an Indian and left a meal before. One waiter cleared table but literally brushed it straight onto the floor! Disappointing on that kind of service.

There were 4 adults and a young child and we all had delicious meals at this restaurant and we thought they were of good value. The service was excellent, friendly and welcoming. We had a young child with us and we were made to feel comfortable Ver carta

Outstanding food, freshly cooked to order. Each dish was individually prepared and cooked, rather than a variation of one of a handful of pre prepared sauces. Pleasant surroundings and friendly and attentive staff who didn’t intrude. Very highly recommended

What a fantastic meal at the Raj Mahal in Moreton-in-Marsh. Can't argue that it's the best Indian meal we've ever had. Absolutely superb. The atmosphere was great, service was fun and first class. Can't fault this place. If you're in this area you MUST stop for a meal.

We were recommended to try this restaurant, so we decided to give it a try. The service was average, but the food was quite tasty. When I was settling the bill, the waiter hovered over me and strongly recommended that I leave a 20% tip. I always tip but don't appreciate being pressured. I felt uncomfortable and found it disrespectful. Ver carta

This was my first time visiting The Raj while staying in Moreton for the weekend. The food was absolutely delicious! My husband even mentioned that it was one of the best curries he has ever had, and we eat them regularly. The service was very quick and the waiters were attentive, despite how busy it was. In my opinion, I can't understand how anyone could leave a bad review. I felt compelled to leave a positive one as soon as I finished my meal. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Even though it was full to the rafters due to the Christmas Lights turn on, the service was great and food was delicious. Having had a takeaway last year we knew exactly where we wished to dine this evening and so glad we did. Chicken tikka rezala and chicken thighs special(can’t remember the name) both were so tasty and perfectly spiced my mouth is still watering from the flavours. Thank you, the little old fashioned touches like a hot cleansing wipe, cheeky after eight mint and a liquor toddy to end the meal, for us just hits the spot. A fabulous dining experience, buzzing with happy customers speaks for itself. Definitely returning.

While in Moreton for work, I discovered that Raj Mahal was conveniently located near my hotel with a quick Google search. The staff guided me upstairs and despite being busy, I had the option to choose a table. I was promptly given a menu and placed my drink order. There was a slight delay (about 20 minutes) before my food order was taken, but the staff were apologetic as they were clearly busy serving other customers, making drinks, and taking phone orders. The menu offered a variety of delicious options at a reasonable price, and my food arrived hot and tasty. I definitely plan on returning as a customer!
