"The food was top notch delicious and with generous portions. Considering how much it costs to eat out in London now, this place is delivering very fair value for money considering the quality. The restaurant is cosy, set in a lovely conversion of an historic building. My only thought is that some of the tables could be a bit more comfortable we were originally seated on a bench table in a slightly awkward position at the top of a staircase, but the staff were friendly and flexible enough to move us to a much nicer table with proper chairs."

This is a lovely neighborhood restaurant (even though we came all the way from SW5, I am Swedish) that offers traditional dishes (like meatballs, but with venison instead of beef or pork) alongside more creative options. There are plenty of vegetarian choices available as well. The minimalist wooden decor might contribute to a noisy atmosphere when the place is packed. However, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious.
