The staff is very friendly and provides excellent service. There is a wide selection of drinks to choose from and the food options are diverse and tasty.

I like Abbey's food and service, but later in the day the drinks selection is my favourite. We are always welcomed with a warm smile and the staff is very attentive. Ver carta

Abbey bar was really quiet on a Fri evening...which is very surprising considering it's Aldgate location. There were hardly one or two tables occupied...better to give a miss.

Generally unattentive staff with seemingly little training. Hadn't tried the menu when asked. Some starters didn't arrive. Food was slow despite half empty restaurant. Price was the saving grace.

Delicious burger with several options. Very friendly staff and nice ambiance. Have different burgers and some other options for vegans. Have guiness too for those that want a place with guiness and vegan food in London. #Veganuary

Food was good. We had a three-course Christmas menu for £19 each with a free glass of presseco so thought the value was good. Service was very poor considering it was just two of us. Waited almost an hour between starter and main course and it wasn't even busy. Plus we had pre-ordered a couple of days before which we thought was the whole idea of not having to wait. Ver carta
