Absolutely outstanding food, really nice owner, good serice. Will 100% be returning even tho this is our 5th time here. Give it a try people, you wont be dissapointed.

Outstanding Restaurant. We tried the takeaway option first. The food was to die for. That’s the best Burger I have ever tasted. In fact all the food was great. The service was fantastic also. The whole experience from start to finish was really good. We will be eating in next time. Give it a try you will love it.

Ordered 3 burgers with chips and sides for takeout. The chips were hard and stuck together in a clump and tasted awful. Burgers were tough and hard to eat. The corn on the cob consisted of 3 small pieces. Pit beans were nice and that’s it. I also ordered a can of pop that I paid for but I didn’t receive. For £35 it’s a complete rip off. Never again. I follow Smokies on FB and the reviews and pictures look fantastic. We weren’t disappointed, the portions are huge and it’s delicious. The menu is varied so there’s something fir everyone. It’s exceptionally clean and the owner is on hand to make sure everything is ok. You can take your own alcohol and they sell soft drinks. I had a burger, it was delicious

We were shown to our table, the waiter took 20 mins before taking our drinks order, then another 15 mins before taking our food menu, we was sat next to the door and could hear the chef shouting at the waiter about the food, when the food came, my steak was well done when I asked for med rare, and they got my child's meal completely wrong, she asked for chicken bites and chips and got a chicken burger

Just been to Smokies tonight to give the missus a break from cooking.Was made very welcomed. Lee, the chef, adapted the Nachos with pulled pork starter for us as my missus doesn’t like spicy food. It was well balanced so both of us could enjoy, which we both did.The steak was cooked to perfection. Both of us were members of the clean plate club. Well done to Lee and his team. We went to Smokies tonight and the food was fantastic. Our kids really enjoyed their meals and loved being able to draw on the chalkboard door. Lee, the owner, is very welcoming and the staff are extremely friendly. Don't let a few negative reviews deter you - this is a great small business, and Lee will make sure any issues are resolved if brought to his attention. This is one of our favorite places to eat, so we highly recommend it.

My spouse and I recently celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary at Smokies in Hemsworth. After reading several reviews, we decided to give this cozy steakhouse a try. Despite its small size, we were impressed by the delicious food and the friendly owner who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The prices were reasonable and while the menu could have had more options, we still enjoyed our meal. Overall, Smokies is definitely worth a visit if you're looking for something unique.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food was amazing, the service was top-notch, and the staff was both friendly and efficient. It was definitely a unique and special place. Lee, Lauren, and Nicole (I hope I got your names right!) went above and beyond to make my simple Chili Dog takeaway order feel like a special experience, unlike the generic experience at large American franchises. I can't wait to go back for the full Steak experience, as the atmosphere is warm and inviting, something that is hard to find elsewhere. Ver carta
