Solos Music Cafe - Carta

Our breakfast was nice, presentation was nice and the bread was particularly nice but my sandwich was missing the chutney and the service was not good. I almost felt like we were an inconvenience asking for too many things! Price was good for our food but unlikely to return.

Delightful. Had originally booked Nu Bar but we were told there was a 55minute wait for food (and it didn't appear too busy) so were quickly accommodated at Solos. What an good change of venue. The food was lovely, plentiful and quicky served and considerably cheaper than Nu Bar.

My first visit but husband and daughter have had super breakfasts there. We had this bought for us as an Anniversary Gift Prosecco Afternoon Tea. The selection and quality of the sandwiches were amazing, and the variety of cakes wonderful, we will all definitely return. No wonder the place was full. Thank you Solos!! Ver carta

I have had lunch at Solo's many times and the food is always excellent always fresh and delicious. Today I went for afternoon tea with a friend and it was absolutely lovely. All delicious freshly made sandwiches, lovely cakes, scones, jam and cream. Excellent value for money and very friendly staff nothing is too much trouble. Definitely worth a visit!!!!

I found the food to be delicious, but unfortunately, the waitress was unfriendly and unwelcoming. She lacked proper table etiquette, and it is because of this experience that I will not be returning to the restaurant. Her attitude made it seem like she couldn't be bothered to serve us. This meal was supposed to be a special treat for me due to my health issues, so I was very disappointed by the service.

My friends and I had a midweek lunch at this restaurant for the first time and we were impressed. I ordered the cheese plate (£7) while the others had quiche and salad (£7). The food looked very inviting and the portions of quiche were generous. We all enjoyed our meals and will definitely come back for our next gathering. There was also live music with a guitarist playing in the background, adding to the pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend this place. Ver carta

Absolutely amazing venue and food for a naming ceremony/bday celebration. Lovely intimate venue and the food as always was plentiful and delicious and most importantly homemade. Such a great choice, and any dietary requirements catered for no problem. Service was brilliant can never do enough to help and so friendly with our children we felt so at home. Just made the day so special and I would definitely use solos again as a venue or for catering. Thankyou so much Solos!!

Whilst out for a walk through the fields to Willerby we came back down Kingston Road called into Solo's for a coffee before continuing back home. We were warmly welcomed on entering asked to take a seat our order would be taken. After a short wait our order for 2 coffees was taken. My wife had a mocha I had a latte. The coffee was really good nice warm. The gentleman serving us was very friendly polite. Although the cakes looked very tempting we managed to resist them. The cafe toilets were very clean.

We live around the corner and wanted to try somewhere new to eat instead of the usual pub breakfasts! We were not disappointed! We were greeted by a friendly young lady who promptly took our order and made our lattes. The food arrived in good time and although you can go places and have alot more food on the plate the amount served here left you full but not stuffed and feeling sluggish which was nice! Was nice to see unusual bread used as toast and not just cheap white sliced bread other places would use! I felt this little place had a nice community vibe to it and a few of the older patrons enjoyed a good chat with the chef and the server which is lovely to see! The price for the food was... Ver carta
