"After hearing positive reviews, we decided to check out Sophie’s. Although the exterior and front part of the interior may seem unimpressive, we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food and friendly service. The menu was extensive, but I chose Sophie’s Hash with cheesy-topped curly fries, and my husband opted for the Down Under burger. Both dishes were amazing, with the hash being incredibly flavorful and the burger and chips being divine. We also enjoyed our caramel lattes. The service was prompt and genuinely friendly, making our visit seamless. We plan to return and potentially sit in the back next time, as the window seats were a bit crowded. Overall, it was a wonderful lunch experience at Sophie’s."

Sophies is a lovely relaxed cafe for breakfast brunch. It never fails to deliver amazing food. The menu layout can be confusing at times price wise but otherwise lovely lovely cafe

Came here whilst having a day at the beach as was recommended in the gluten free community on Facebook (my mum is coeliac). It was absolutely lovely and great value! We will be coming here again!

Great hole in the wall restaurant. Plenty of selection and the portion size was amazing! The only thing that would make this even better is to be able to intermix the toppings between the burgers and hot dogs.

I absolutely love this cafe. The food is always exceptional and the staff are friendly and accommodating, especially when my autistic son joins me. We always enjoy coming here and wouldn't go anywhere else in Aberystwyth!

I really enjoyed my experience at this restaurant! The portions are huge and offered at a great price, making it the best spot in town for breakfast. The coffee was very good, the music was enjoyable, and the interior was clean. Even though it appears to be the busiest place in town, the staff was very friendly and funny. I will definitely be returning soon.

It pains me to write this but I feel I have to. I have no complaints about the food here and I have eaten here for years. But the attitude of the lady behind the counter has bugged me for a while. She may be in charge I have no idea. This place gets busy but there’s no need to stress and be rude. If you don’t have a table free say so with a smile on your face and apologetically not in an aggressive ‘I have no time for you’ way. This has happened a few times now. Around the corner in The Little Devils Cafe a lovely breakfast and smiles on the faces of the staff as I walked in. Ok rant over!!
