Had an absolutely amazing dinner!!!! It exceeded our expectations from the moment we walked in to the moment we left! Very friendly owners lots of laughs, great wine and fantastic meal. Best night out!

This was a restaurant right next door to our Air b&b which was also amazing. The pasta, lamb, and steak was delicious! The atmosphere is great outside in the courtyard. Please go here if in the area, you won't regret it. Ver carta

The best pasta we have ever eaten! My wife and I stayed at the Airbnb next door and decided to try this place for dinner… we still can’t stop talking about how good it was. Super friendly staffed and very affordable. We would rate it 10/10.

The food was excellent, the service was good, the atmosphere was great and they even forgave me for wearing a Lazio top! He did suggest I find a Roma shirt before coming back, but think he was joking… Had the spaghetti with mince and it was delicious. Son had the meatballs and they were excellent too.

Perfect Roman cuisine served with a smile by Antonio and his team. A beautiful spot near the castle. We had the cracking antipasto sharing plate anchovies then the lasagne and also the best spaghetti fruit de mare she has ever had! The meatballs my son had tasted fabulous so did the lemon cake dessert. A lovely evening to complete a hectic Florence Rome trip, thanks everybody!

Finding this superb family run traditional local Italian restaurant in the small town of Ostia Antica was a highlight. A menu of fresh delicious Italian recipes from pasta to veal to seafood and everyday specials, each lunch or dinner was a wonderful surprise. The host is welcoming and warm, with a smile and ready with recommendations off the menu or specials of the day. Set in a side street neighborhood, cobblestone outdoor patio seating is available that is quaint and perfect for a relaxing meal. Don’t miss maybe your best home cooked meal of the trip.

We would never have found this fantastic little trattoria had our Italian hosts not brought us here. Hidden down a tiny alley, out outdoor table was in shade and a welcome cool breeze came down the alley on the unseasonably hot October afternoon we visited for lunch after a morning at Ostia Antica. Our hosts suggested we have 3 of the traditional local dishes the place is known for and I was so pleased we did. I would not normally order anchovies given a choice but the fried anchovies with red onion was one of the best fish dishes I have had.
