I can only recommend the restaurant to anyone looking for special pleasure. The evening really feels like a journey through the tastes and remains in memory for a long time. The price is high, but completely appropriate to the bids.

Very good overall result. Service is friendly and unobstructed. The food impresses with unusual preparations of mostly regional ingredients. Since there are several greetings from the kitchen one should adjust to that the evening takes a little longer.

Sosein is a real enrichment for the Nuremberg area. A variety of individual courses presented by an ambitious team. Everything has a history, mostly with local reference. Even from bread you can make a lot. Only the wine selection was something too dared for our taste. For this it was very suitable for the wine. Ambiente is a good mix of old and new.

A very successful experience at the highest level!! The non-alcoholic beverage line is an absolute high-ligt, but also the wine line was perfectly matched and really very, very good!! The food was fantastic. The chefs and the service are 100% authentic, very charming and very competent. You can feel that they love what they do and are 100% behind it. Of course it is a costly experience, but it was worth every euro!!

his is a lovely restaurant, with amazing food. All the food was local and fresh with lots of fresh herbs, leaves, flowers with each dish. full of flavor. we will certainly be going back. it's not the cheapest if you opt for everything available, but it's worth it for a special occasion. A lot of attention to detail with the seating, the table, the service, the wine recommendations, as well as the dishes. it was a real experience.

The guys from the kitchen (the chefs) have dedicated themselves with devotion to the preparation of a very special meal. In many of the menu components there were surprising and at the same time enjoyable preparation of appealing food miniatures. In addition, the approach of food preparation and preparation, which is still deeply thoughtful, forms an essential basis, is extremely forward-looking and exemplary. We are extremely satisfied and wish the restaurant and the bosses to continue to be successful.

Service is associated with the high price level ~180€/person with beverage accompaniment with a lot of potential for improvement. More false water served in spite of complaints. served (riched) and served in front of the face of the chests over the table. After that the celery drink has not tasted as an accompanying drink, this has not been discussed further or replaced. Unfortunately, the dessert did not meet our expectations here too, we had to discuss with the cook, but unfortunately did not get a substitute. The points were communicated to the restaurant in writing, unfortunately there was no reaction to this.
