"we were recommended this place by our hostel owner and it did not disappoint. we didn’t look over the menu for everything vegan but just asked the owner and chef Romeo for his recommendations and trusted his judgement after telling us we were vegan. he did not disappoint. we had grilled zucchini with pistachio sauce and the most incredible mushroom antipasti. i’d have to say that it was probably some of THE best oysters mushrooms i’ve ever had (sorry millennium! then the pizzas came out. omg. so much food! crust is perfectly baked and excellent, toppings plentiful and fresh. the wheat they use for the dough is a heritage grain! plus they have their own in house wine (which was so good , olive oil, amaretto, and spirits! Romeo is a lovely human with a passion for food and is super friendly and welcoming. we felt right at home. lastly, the pricing was super reasonable! one of least expensive meals on the island! thank you so much Romeo for an unforgettable meal!"

Meraviglioso! Dopo una lunga e fredda giornata di cammino cenare al South è stata una sorpresa, anzi uno stupore che ti ripaga di qualsiasi fatica. Semplice ma bel locale, il calore del termosifone e del fuoco della stufa, una accoglienza garbata ed un servizio di gran professionalità. Abbiamo preso un antipasto della casa chiedendo porzioni contenute per poi poter apprezzare l'agnello...una delizia di sapori, frutto del sole e di questa terra e la capacità di restituirli al meglio al palato!
