Hamburg Marriott - Carta

The salmon was well cooked and the soup was great. The tomato infused butter with the bread was a nice touch. Service was attentive.

we went in without reservation and the waitress was very helpful in looking for a table. eating was very good and the advice was excellent.

high-quality, fresh food in a comfortable and unobstructed ambiente. the personal is friendly, competent and very attentive. when they are there in July/August, they try to grill in the open.

this is a half-high restaurant, but the staff was very helpful! it wasn't so many guests there, but it's been a long time since a restaurant staff helped me with all the things! Moreover, eating was really good.

my colleagues and I had to eat one evening at the restaurant des marriott. while the breakfast was great here, the dinner was terrible. not eating yourself, well noticed, only the service. we needed over 2 hours to get our meal times, which seemed like they had been sitting a few times. Maybe the cook and the waiters were new this evening, but everything seemed to run in slow motion. when we asked what took so long, we got a proposition about the functioning of gastronomy, instead of inquired in the kitchen. not good. there are so many other good possibilities that you can reach to foot.

A very nice American bistro attached to the Marriott Hotel in Hamburg. Since I stayed at the hotel, I only had their breakfast here. This is one of the better hotel breakfast buffets in Hamburg. For omelette lovers, the chef can cook up whatever omelette you want with many different vegetables and meats as well as cheese. There are many varieties of pastries and breads to choose from. The mini croissants were fantastic. German croissants are not as oily as the French ones but they are still very crunchy and buttery. Cold cut section was fully stocked and I just love their smoke salmon. There is a coffee and tea station where you can help yourself to freshly brewed coffee and premium tea bags...

this restaurant should have a much better rating. eating is really good and the dishes well prepared. that alone should receive a 4 assessment (actually 5 if there were not the sauce incident mentioned in this review). then comes the rest: the restaurant is humane. not only today, but it feels so every time they look into the dining room (as we did in the course of the years when they visit the very busy bar front or stay at the hotel). then comes the nickel-and-gram attitüde: a court comes without extras (which is unusual in Germany). these supplements are sold separately and with 20% discount on the price of the court. it was not even offered a sauce on a dish traditionally served with sau...
