Excellent food. Delivered swiftly and professionally. This restaurant could not do enough to ensure we gained our order. Great portions and super tasty

I had a wonderful dining experience on Saturday night. The waiter, Afjol, provided really friendly service. The food was delicious and served promptly, with reasonable prices.

We were a party of 8 and had a great evening; the food was very tasty, the staff were very professional and I would not fault anything. The chef explained that they only use fresh spices and use no bought in pastes. One of the party had a lemon dish (I forget it’s name) which was very well liked as was my Chilli chicken masala. We will certainly go there again.

Great food but overall service poor … our booking via web site not recorded. Called in and Spice was informed this was one of our grand children’s 14th birthday celebration. I was told the table would have decorations and a cake….. Unfortunately, no decorations..cake….we had to ask twice for lighting over our tables…. Very unlike previous visits…perhaps under new management…

We have been enjoying takeout and dining in at Spice for several years now, after being recommended by a friend. Last night, we had a perfect takeout meal with Lamb Pasanda and Korai Chicken - a great combination. The flavors were superb, the portions were generous, and it was good value for money. The food was ready on time as well. We are looking forward to dining in next time. Ver carta

6 of us went there last night and had a great evening. The waiter was having a laugh and joke with us, and was attentive without being overly so. Food was very tasty. There is no draught beer, so we had Cobra from the bottle and white wine. The Chef came to see us to make sure we were all happy. Chocolates and a nightcap on the house was a nice touch at the end, as was a birthday dessert. It wasn’t very busy for a Friday night in February, but we couldn’t tell why.

Great service and food: We visited Spice in Gerrards across in September and I would recommend it to anyone. The food was great (I had a chefs special) really tasty and fresh plus the portion size was perfect. My family all enjoyed their meals and everything was fairly priced. The staff where attentive, smiley and helpful exactly what makes a great experience when eating out. At the end of our meal we where each offered a complimentary digestif which was the perfect end to a lovely meal and great experience. I would definitely recommend and will be back when in the area.

Having read good reviews I visited here with my wife. We were seated quickly and given menus. Very quickly we were given pickles/dips on an assumption that we wanted popadoms….. which meant we felt awkward and we had to say yes and order some, when we didn’t really want them. After that it took a long time for our order to be taken, although the food came in good time. The food itself was very average. The curry sauces seemed ‘gloopy’ and the meat on the bone was poor quality, albeit tasty. Through the meal my wife and I struggled to hear each other, largely due to the general noise levels. It was a Saturday night so some of the guests were a bit loud, but to be fair, not rowdy. The problem... Ver carta
